Tomasz Nocuń
President of the Management Board
Most of his professional career has been associated with the biotechnology industry and research on innovative drugs in Polish publicly traded companies Selvita S.A. and Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., where he served as Proxy and Director of Investments and Development from 2007 to 2022.
Contributions to Innovation Ecosystem:
Tomasz has been actively involved in the development of the innovation ecosystem in Poland and the European Union through roles such as:
- Chair of the Working Group for National Smart Specialization "Healthy Society" at the Ministry of Development and Technology.
- Member of the Małopolska Innovation Council.
- Member of the Program Council of the Life Science Cluster.
- Expert in the Advisory Group for the Horizon 2020 program at the European Commission.

Tomasz Kolanowski

Dr. Kolanowski has gained professional experience at:
- Institute of Human Genetics, Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS), Poznań – Head of the Advanced Tissue Models Group (since 2018):
Development of a group specializing in modifications and biology of human stem cells (differentiation of iPS cells and tissue engineering models),
and preclinical research on mouse and rat models.
- Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology, TU Dresden, Germany (2016–2018):
Development of macroscopic tissue models, in vitro disease modeling, genetic modifications of primary and suspension cells using lentiviruses (including vector design).
- Stem Cell Unit, University of Göttingen, Germany (2015–2016):
Genome correction (CRISPR/Cas method) in patient cells with Vici syndrome.
- Institute of Human Genetics, PAS, Poznań, ZBRiKM (2010–2016):
Lead author of scientific reports and co-author of clinical research on genetically modified autologous cells in post-infarction myocardial therapy;
experience in bioinformatics.
